Tristin Colley
PRO RUNNER; 2:25 MARATHONER
Tristin was one of the most decorated runners in the history of Appalachian State University when she graduated and turned pro. Since then, she’s been one of the most consistent top-10 finishers in US road racing championships. She has also been a coach for youth, collegiate, and adult runners for several years. She’s coached her athletes to countless personal bests and always keeps the training both serious and fun.

Whitney Macon
COLLEGE WALK-ON TURNED PRO MARATHONER AND COACH
Whitney began her coaching career in 2016 as an assistant coach at Harvard, her alma mater. She loves working with developmental athletes who set high goals and work diligently to achieve them. As a college walk-on turned pro marathoner, she helps her athletes find joy in the long-term process of growth, while fostering self-believe that they can reach their goals.

Caleb Masland
FOUNDER; TOP MASTERS RUNNER
Caleb started a coaching practice in 2008 and grew it into his full-time job since 2013. Over the years, Caleb has worked with hundreds of runners all over the world to help them achieve everything from their first race to qualifying for Boston to breaking course records for 200+ milers. Caleb is one of the top masters runners in the US and still trains at a high level in his 40s.

Annmarie Tuxbury
PRO RUNNER & FULL-TIME PROFESSIONAL
Annmarie is an expert at balancing the demands of a professional runner’s lifestyle with the demands of a full-time professional. Throughout her running career, she has also held a job as a statistical analyst. This makes it all the more impressive that she’s run a 2:30 Marathon and participated in multiple Olympic Trials!

Eric van der Els
PRO RUNNER; OLYMPIC TRACK TRIALS FINALIST
Eric became a professional runner after a successful career at the University of Connecticut. In 2024, Eric ran a personal best of 13:21 in the 5000m en route to qualifying for the finals at the US Olympic Track and Field Trials. Eric coaches individual runners while competing for the Boston Athletic Association professional team.
